Poor little Cooper...We figure one of three things are going on here.#1, Owner forgot to feed Cooper so he is licking the floor for sustenance...in that case he needs a new dog bowl. One that would suit him may be a Hunting Dogs Dog Bowl, we think it fits in with his style.
#2, Owner fed him, but lil Cooper has trouble keepin the chow in the dog bowl and is licking up remnants. In that case he may need a No Splash Dog Bowl. Big tongues make big splashes...got to keep the stuff in the bowl lil buddy!
#3 He is just too darn cute and is muggin it up for the camera...
Overwhelming majority say #3 is the correct answer but we will let you decide.
